Sales Advisor & Assistant Showroom Administrator

Fermob London is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Sales Advisor & Showroom Administrator to join our team.

The Role You will be at the heart of our London showroom, helping clients discover Fermob’s products while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the space.

Key responsibilities:

· Welcome clients and represent the Fermob brand and values.

· Understand client needs and provide expert advice on products and space planning.

· Recommend products and create tailored solutions for individual projects.

· Build strong client relationships and manage enquiries from initial contact through to after-sales.

· Process payments, manage orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Support showroom administration, stock management and merchandising.

· Monitor stock, place replenishment orders and receive/check deliveries.

· Maintain excellent product knowledge, including materials, pricing, suppliers and lead times.

· Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

· Follow company procedures and internal processes.

About You You will have proven sales experience and a track record of achieving targets for a minimum of 2 years, combined with a genuine interest in interiors, furniture and design.

We are looking for someone who is:

· Creative, enthusiastic and commercially driven.

· Confident building relationships and communicating with clients.

· Organised, proactive and attentive to detail.

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

· Passionate about creating beautiful, inspiring spaces.

· Confident using Microsoft Office and Windows.

· Keen to develop strong knowledge of Fermob’s products and brand.

· French-speaking is a bonus, but not essential.
